development is the first of its kind in Erie to provide subsidized
housing to
all income levels!  Traditionally, government
subsidies have been made available only to low income
households, but this development offers subsidies to those of
moderate incomes and above, as well!

Home Selection

This development has five floor plans to select from. These floor plans include a townhouse model, two story, split level, ranch, and cape cod. Homebuyers may pick any floor plan subject to its availability among the respective income group (see “Availability” page).  The home’s price will depend on the relationship between household size and income, not the style of home selected.

Upgrades

Upgrades are acceptable and will be offered at a price above the standard cost. Upgrades may include but are not limited to floor plan modifications (such as additional baths and rooms) or changes to the standard amenities and finishes.
